Thank you for volunteering at Peters! 
In order to volunteer in any Broward County Public School, you will first need to complete a Volunteer Application Form. Activities such as field trips, working in the classrooms, and tutoring are examples of activities that require volunteer clearance. 

For the 2019-2020 school year, the online volunteer application is now OPEN for NEW VOLUNTEERS.  You will need your Drivers License or Passport information to complete the application.

Returning volunteers who received a badge during the 2018-2019 school year, DO NOT need to complete an application. You will be automatically screened for the new school year and approved volunteers will receive a confirmation email. You still have to come at the school and have a new photo taken for the new year.

Please note, if you were a volunteer at another school and your child is transitioning to a different school for the upcoming year, you will need to send an email to to update the school location recorded on your volunteer application.

Whether or not you plan on volunteering, it is suggested that you fill out the online application and get your volunteer badge at school. You won't be able to help during a class party or to go on a field trip if you are not approved in the system!
